I am His beloved

I am His beloved. He pursues me without being forceful. He never force me to do anything. He ask. His love and kindness draws me to Him. It’s because of Him I seek Him. He don’t judge me nor condemn me. He’s concerned more about my heart. He corrects me with such loving words and ways; it makes me want better. Although I do stupid things, He don’t call me stupid. Although I may have gotten bigger in my body, He doesn’t call me fat. He NEVER puts me down, ONLY encourages and builds me up. I never feel like a loser with Him. He is my God, my Lord, my Teacher, my Helper, my Provider. Again, I am His beloved. And He died for me. For us ALL. Everything I just stated what Jesus is and does for me, He IS the same to us all. If you don’t know Jesus like that then someone told you differently. That is who He is; and so much more. At a point in my life I didn’t know Him like that. He refuse to treat someone better than the other. Some receive from Him because they accept Him as who He really is. He really do love you. Even with all your mistakes. He’s desires YOU. He loves YOU. He’s not interested in what you have or what you can do for Him. He just want to give to you.

For encouragement

Ok, any diy’ers out there. I just started building maybe 2 years ago. Since then I’ve gotten better. Yet, still learning. But I’ve learned I truly love it. I really like getting that wood and creating something in my mind and building it. I learned it doesn’t take a lot or any schooling to build. I’ve found many, I mean many people, including women, on the internet that build furniture, house deco, etc, without any formal training. For years I’ve always wanted to do something like this but didn’t think I could. Until I did it. I found I am good at it. I praise God for this. Several weeks ago I had a yard sale. Prior to that I was doubting my ability to build, so I asked the Lord about it. Well, at the yard sale God sent three people to help me with that question. Some months prior I built a cabinet. Personally, I liked it but I noticed some imperfections. but all in all it was a nice build. For months it sat in our garage waiting for me to decide what to do with it. I wanted to keep it, but couldn’t figure out where to put it. It was too big for my kitchen. There was so much considering what to do with this big piece of furniture. After months of sitting in the garage I decided to have that garage sale, and put the cabinet out there. Now the three people who helped me with the question I asked God was a couple, a retired furniture builder and the buyer. The couple liked the cabinet and wanted it, but didn’t have a need for it. So it sat in the yard waiting. Then another couple came. The husband was a retired furniture builder. He was impressed with the cabinet, but didn’t buy it because they didn’t have a need for it. But the fact a professional builder liked my work really encouraged me. Then the final person was the man who bought it. I sold it for cheap (God is still working in me), but someone thought it was good enough to buy. That was the day I received my answer from God. When others doubt what GOD has given you to do, keep going. If you doubt, ask Him and He WILL send you an answer.
SN: I just started refurbishing old furniture. I believe I could include this in my diy’ing. But I love building better. I prefer wood dust over poly dust from sanding over old finishers. I prefer the smell of newly cut wood over the smell of furniture stripper – lol. I plan on doing both, but I really enjoy building. If you like to see some of my builds, just ask. I also plan on doing this as a business. I’m currently doing some projects that I plan on using to show I can do this. SN to the SN 😀: Please, don’t let ANYONE discourage because they don’t believe in the plan God gave you. The Lord God told me not to let others unbelief cause you to not believe. Gotta just love our God.

Say who you are

Last week, I was talking to someone about a subject the Lord has been teaching me. Her son was very angry and bitter. Instead of beating him up with more negativity or telling him stuff like “you should know better” or “you keep acting that way, you’re going to hell”. She told him who he is in Jesus Christ. She told him what God says about him. She DID NOT condemn him. So many times we address people with how they are acting. There is a time and place to address a person in that manner without condemning. But why don’t we try looking past what they are doing and tell them who they really are according to God word. The sad fact is so many of us Christians don’t know who we are in Jesus. I’m not talking about a title or position. Those are just things we do. They aren’t who we are. Before you “shake your head” at a person, or say they are going to hell, or say they are the “of the devil”. Tell them the truth about who they really are. So many don’t know who they are. So many can’t see themselves as God sees them. It’s not they don’t want to. But maybe they just need to be encouraged. The devil will cause issues to cause us to get bitter, have ungodly anger, fearful, etc. But it’s our responsibility to build one another up and not tear down. You want a person to turn from sin. Which is repentance. Then do as God does. Show goodness. Remember, the BIBLE reminds us it’s the goodness/kindness of God that leads us to repentance (Romans 2:4). And when the temptation come to them to be bitter, or any sin, they can speak the truth in who they are and that devil will flee. We shouldn’t speak what we do or a title because the devil will only laugh and WILL NOT flee. Since I’ve found out the truth of who I am, when temptation come (from the tempter/satan) I say who I am in Jesus Christ and that temptation leaves. NOTE: Key word – Temptation comes from SATAN. I even said “God, that’s not how you made me”. God did not create us to be thieves, adulterous, liars, haters of men, jealous, etc, etc. And since I’m BORN AGAIN, I am a new creature in JESUS CHRIST. I am not a slave to sin. Too many times we state “I’m only human”. That’s not altogether true. I have a spirit also and it’s been changed to the same Spirit from Jesus. I am a slave to righteousness. Jesus righteousness. Not the righteousness from this world. Money is not my god. Man is not my god. A career is not my god. Fashion is not my god. Food is not my god. My looks aren’t my god. Those things did not creat me nor die for me. There is ONE GOD. He sent Himself to earth as Jesus Christ. When Jesus went back to Heaven, He didn’t just leave us hanging. He left us His Holy Spirit. Just as Jesus is, so are we (1 John 4:17). By the way, when this young man heard the truth about who he really is, it brought tears. That’s a sign of change.

Forgiveness

Some years ago someone did something to me that some would say is unforgivable. But God said differently. God said to call that person and say I forgive you because when you come to yourself you need to know you are forgiven. I heard people say forgiveness isn’t for the other person, but it’s for “you”. Every time I hear or see someone stating that remark, the Lord always remind me what He said to me that day. Forgiveness is a free gift that NONE of us deserve. BUT the MOST HIGH GOD gave it to us anyway through His Son, Jesus Christ. None of us can say who’s deserving or who isn’t. Jesus died for us ALL. Remember the thief on the cross. Remember the woman caught in adultery. Remember the blind man. Remember Peter. Remember Paul. These are just a few people God showed His grace and mercy to. Look in the mirror and remember yourself and how He forgave you. And remember how you aren’t deserving. BUT He did it anyway. That’s just who He is.

What have you been saying – Joseph Prince

WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SAYING?

Proverbs 18:21
Death and life are in the power of the tongue…

Many things in life can cause us to fear—losing our jobs, deadly diseases, terrorist attacks and so on. When these things confront us, we tend to give in to worry and fear, and start talking about our fears.

Job was no different. He constantly feared that God would punish him and his family because he kept thinking that his sons had sinned against God. He would get up early in the morning to offer burnt sacrifices, saying, “It may be that my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts.” And the Bible tells us that he did this “regularly”. (Job 1:5)

So Job kept confessing the sins of his sons and fearing that something terrible would happen to him and his family. In fact, his sin-consciousness didn’t just produce fear, the Bible tells us that he “greatly feared”. (Job 3:25)

It is important that we understand that it was Job’s sin-consciousness that opened the door to Satan. His preoccupation with sins that his family may have committed gave Satan the opportunity to bring death and destruction into his life. God had a hedge of protection around Job. But when he started being sin-conscious and having a fearful expectation of judgment, the hedge was removed and Satan could attack him. (Job 1:9–12)

My friend, today, if you have sinned, don’t say, “I have failed again. I deserve to be punished by God.” Know that you already have forgiveness of sins because Jesus was punished and condemned in your place! (Ephesians 1:7) So say, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ. Jesus, You are my holiness and perfection.” (1 Corinthians 1:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21)

We must be mindful of what we believe and say regularly because “death and life are in the power of the tongue”. So when you hear of a deadly virus taking many lives, don’t say, “I’m next because I have not been a good Christian!” Instead, say, “Jesus, You are my righteousness and protection. Surely You shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence!” (Psalm 91:3)

Beloved, such believing and confessing not only please God, but they also shut the door on Satan so that he cannot make any inroad into your life!

Who, what are you seeking

No world (satan), Jesus is my Provider.

Matthew 16:26; For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Mark 10:24; And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that TRUST in riches to enter into the kingdom of God!

When we seek the riches of this world, we lose sight of the real riches that come from God. His riches are His love, grace, mercy, faith, patience… When we seek ONLY Him He provides. Whatever we desire or need He will give. It please God. But it doesn’t please Him when we seek riches. The Bible says faith in Him pleases Him. Just because you receive gain doesn’t mean it’s a blessing from God. The world has a whole mess of folks who has gains. The devil knows how to send gain to deceive us. Discern everything and everybody. I’ve turn down certain things and opportunities that would have given me prosperous gain because God knew the source wasn’t from Him but from the devil. Sadly, I was criticized for it. But my real source comes from my Daddy, Abba Father. Seek Him first, and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to you. If you are seeking riches, then you are losing your soul. I’m not against money. There isn’t anything wrong with having money unless it was gotten unrighteously. Also, I’m not against or envious/jealous of anyone who has gains. The best way to illustrate what I’m saying is in 1 Timothy 6:17-18. My focus isn’t on money. When it was, I was lost and dying spiritually. But when I began to seek God first, my life changed for the better. I have peace because anything I need is provided for. I have greater riches this world/satan cannot give me. When I sit back and think about it, I am truly blessed. Let’s put our trust in God and not riches.

Luke 16:13; No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon (wealth, riches).

Romans 11:12; Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world, and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more their fulness?

1 Timothy 6:17-18; Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;

1 Timothy 6:5-11; Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, SUPPOSING that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. But godliness with contentment (a state of happiness and satisfaction) is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

DIY Rug

Hi all. I know I haven’t posted much about DIY. I felt it was time consuming. Yeah, no excuse. But I will start posting more on diy in addition to the word of God. Well, my newest diy is making rugs. I’ve been doing countless hours of research on this task. So much, I fall asleep with the iPad near me. There are so many ways we can do our own rugs. There are rag rugs, pom pom rugs, weave rugs (which are made in homemade looms), crochet rugs, etc. well, you get the gist. Currently I’m working on 3 different types of rugs. When I get on an assignment I get too excited and want to try several ones. Right now I’m putting my focus on doing a pompon rug for my granddaughters. Well, if you could see their faces everything else can wait. If anyone has done pompous, you know they can be time consuming. I recently found a site that shows where you can make several balls. You can find the tutorial on: http://www.flaxandtwine.com/2013/03/making-pompoms-in-bulk/. But before I found that site I already found the rug I want to make. But, they aren’t rugs; They’re pom pom blankets. However, I decided to use them as rugs. And they are made on a loom board. You can make your own loom from a different boards (mdf board, particle board, or plywood). You can also make it from 2×4’s, which I plan on using. Then you need nails. I would recommend 2 – 3 inch long nails. And make sure the board is thick enough so the nail don’t come out. Now you can do some research on making looms. But you’ll see there are different types and sizes. Some looms have nails only on the top and bottom. Some have them top, bottom, left, and right (which is the one I will be using for the pompom blanket/rug). Here’s a tutorial that can be a start: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/461407924295603209/.

Finally, here is an awesome video tutorial on how to make this type blanket/rug:

No weapon will prosper

Isaiah 54:17; No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of Me, saith the Lord.
We have the right and authority to reject any word spoken to us that’s contrary to what God says about us. Let’s say you go to the doctor and is told you have cancer, diabetics, heart disease, etc. What they are actually doing is speaking curses over us. Sickness is a curse. Never is sickness a blessing from God to help in ministry as some think. Curse is not the affliction Paul talked about. His affliction was being persecuted for serving Jesus. Curse is a weapon that is against us to kill, steal and destroy us. Curses also come to past judgement against us. The truth us when Jesus died, He took all our curses and judgement on His body and because He did that, it’s by His stripes we ARE healed. Because of Jesus, sin has been wiped from our spirits. We have a new spirit; a new nature. We don’t have to accept anything a person/ a doctor say to us that’s opposite from the Word of God. We can condemn (to judge or pronounce to be unfit for use or service) those words and speak the truth. That is our heritage from the Lord. A man was told by a nurse he has sugar diabetes and he will always have it. Instead of accepting that curse he condemned it. Today he is healed. Praise God. Let’s walk in our heritage from our God, Abba Father.

So many don’t like nor want to know this truth because of fear. But it is best to know the truth so you won’t do this. What I’m speaking about is true because it comes from the Bible. It’s a warning for us all. This isn’t God’s will or desire for us because He loves us all and ONLY wants the best for us. What I’m talking about is for us NOT receiving the mark of the beast. This isn’t to bring fear but truth. Trust God’s Holy Spirit to guide you to ALL truths and to strengthened you to follow the Lord in strength and courage. A great start is to learn about the true God. A God who loves us so much that He sent His Son, Jesus on earth for us (John 3:16). When you start learning more and more about God’s love shown to us through His grace, you’ll trust Him. It’s all about putting trust in God that will prevent you from receiving this mark from satan. You can see how it has already started. The devil has already started by trying to prepare us for accepting it by putting chips in pets. The devil’s plan is for us to see how safe and effective this lie is, then we’ll say it’s ok for us. Remember, it’s a lie. No matter how good it looks or sound, it’s a lie so we can go to hell with him. Satan is evil like that. The bottom line is do you trust God to provide for you if you didn’t have the resources of money? If you need help trusting God, look in the Bible on how He provided for so many. In the Old Testament He provided for the children of Israel when they were in the desert (just to name one instance). More proof that He’s our providers; In the New Testament He fed 5000 (Matthew 14). Then another He fed 4000 (Matthew 15). Again, those are just a few examples. Today, He is still providing for us. We just have to believe it to receive it. Please check out these scriptures about this mark and what happens to anyone that has it. God don’t want this for us, so it’s best we learn to trust Him now. Get His help while it’s available. Ignoring this isn’t going to prevent it from happening.
Revelation 13:16-17; He (the beast, satan) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 14:9-11; 9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.
Revelation 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 20:1-4; 20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

The Born Again Experience

THE BORN AGAIN EXPERIENCE – Andrew Wommack Ministries

John 3:10, “Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?”

JOHN 3:1-21

The Greek word translated “master” here actually means, “an instructor, doctor, teacher”. Nicodemus was a very educated man in religious matters, yet he didn’t have the slightest idea what Jesus was talking about.

Nicodemus’ relationship with God had all been academic. He knew a lot about God, but he didn’t know God personally. Jesus had a union with God that was unique and Nicodemus was intrigued. God was Jesus’ father. This was foreign to Nicodemus.

Jesus had not been educated by man and yet He knew God in a way that the theologians and seminary graduates of His day didn’t. He shocked Nicodemus when He told him that the only way to truly know God was through an experience of becoming born again.

The number one thing that sets Christianity apart from religion is this born again experience. We don’t just have a different doctrine than the others.

We have been born from above. We have Jesus Himself living in our hearts. Christianity is a relationship, not a religion. We truly fellowship with God as our father. A man with a born again experience is never at a loss when confronted by a man with an argument.
